Michael Giangiordano, Sr. A/K/A Michael Giordano

I took over as owner of C21 Forrester in 1990. My favorite part of our office is the history of the Office in Philadelphia and South Philly; we are probably now one of the oldest real estate companies in the City of Philadelphia as we were established around 1926. Since taking over in 1990, I have been able to grow the Company from being almost defunct to where it is now over 30 years later! We are proud to help so many Philadelphians with their real estate needs! I have been in the real estate business since 1978. Something that some of my clients may not know about me is that I love to play basketball and spend time with my family!

I say that I have been with C21 Forrester since birth... but officially after I graduated from Drexel University in 2016. My favorite part of our office is the history and family behind it. We started on East Passyunk in 1926. Mason Forrester was a real guy...a local Realtor. So our roots, along with the roots of my family, The Giangiordano's, are deep in the community. We are very well established in our neighborhood and we aren't going anywhere! We have survived and weathered a lot of storms. My career has grown exponentially since 2016! We have a great team, everyone is very supportive and knowledgeable! Something that most people might not know about me is that I have always loved politics! In the 3rd grade I was interviewed and asked what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said the President; I even wrote a letter to the President and received a response back from the White House! When I am not at work I love trying new restaurants up and down the Avenue and spending time with my family.

I have been with C21 Forrester for 31 years and my favorite part of the office is the strong teamwork! I have been a Real Estate Industry Professional for the last 45 years. Something that some of my clients may not know about me is that I am a retired Philadelphia Firefighter. When I am not working in the office, I spend time at the Jersey Shore with my family and friends.

I have been with C21 Forrester since January of 1987 and my favorite part about our office is the freedom we have in our work. In 1996 I received my Certified Residential Specialist Designation. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales Agents. Less than 4% of all real estate agents hold the CRS designation. Three years later I became an Associate Broker. In 2012, I received my Certified Residential Appraisal license. This is my 35th year in Real Estate; if that doesn’t tell you that I love it, I don’t know what will! In my free time outside of work I enjoy investing in the stock market and sitting on the beach.

I have been with C21 Forrester for 5 years and have gained a lot of knowledge from working with two experienced Brokers. I have been a Real Estate Industry Professional for the last 20 years. Something that most people might not know about me is that I like to play the guitar and in my free time outside of work, I love supporting local musicians and venues.

I have been with C21 Forrester for about 2 years now. My favorite part of Forrester is the family feel in the office. Forrester is where I started my real estate career, so all my growth in the real estate field has happened here. Something that most people do not know about me is that I have dyslexia and have worked hard my whole life to overcome it. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time outside with my family and dog.

I have been with C21 Forrester for about 16 months and my favorite part of the office is the people! Each day I learn new things to help my career grow. I have been a Real Estate Industry Professional for 20 years. In my free time outside of being in the office, I enjoy walking around the city and spending time with family and friends.

I have been with C21 Forrester for one year and love the family environment of our office. I have been a Real Estate Industry Professional for 5 years. In my free time I love meeting up with my friends to have dinner in the city!
